Iyazi

Iyazi - better known as Kitty - is the most gentle, sweet girl you will ever come across. She literally smiles 24/7 and loves to give hugs and cuddle! She loves the colour pink and nothing makes her happier than new clothes.

Kitty is Bukho's baby sister, and you can see that these two have a super tight bond. The only thing that gets between them is a bar of Cadbury that has to be shared 😅 but once it's been wolfed down (hopefully in equal shares), they're back to being best buds.

She's incredibly kind and compassionate, always prioritising others and making sure her friends and cousins are happy.

It has taken Kitty some time to come out of her shell. Now that she's been part of Lolla's Light for a little while, she's become super comfortable. She loves new experiences and is always open to whatever I have planned for the kids, and takes part in all of our activities with gusto. She knows how to have fun and hearing her laugh is one of the best feelings in the world.

Kitty is super energetic and loves playing netball. She’s even won trophies for playing! We're trying to get her enrolled in an after-school netball club so that she can play the sport she loves as often as possible.

Despite changing schools mid-year due to her family's circumstances, she excelled academically, passing her second term with ease and effortlessly forming new friendships.

Kitty has recently started play therapy together with Bukho. Although she does quite well at school, we thought play therapy would be a great way for her to learn how to express herself more freely.
